The Why and the When

I started creating my digital content on self-healing, yoga and mindfulness in late 2021, which has been such a fulfilling journey for me! I was dealing with the difficult separation from guiding my people in person at the time, like everyone else back then, but it has also opened up so many other amazing opportunities. In addition, I also get to travel the world seasonally with my workshops and my inspiring work with the Avanyah project, which is just fantastic! But It was a real challenge to keep a stable and consistent coaching schedule with my clients, so I relished the opportunity to develop my skills and grow my  coaching online.

Wellness and stress release retreat

Another huge motivation for me to creating this deep healing coaching and digital yoga content, was hosting my first retreat in Bulgaria, in June 2021. It was a wonderful self-realisation journey in nature. I hosted 5 days of traditional Hatha yoga, somatic aerial movement, various meditations and practical tools. All focused on relieving stress and anxiety. I felt so fulfilled, as I had the chance to see first hand a deep process with my clients, hand in hand, for those magical days together.
This experience made me realise that my teaching should extend beyond a weekly one-hour class. I felt compelled to create something that would allow me to utilise all the gifts, knowledge and study I’ve accumulated over the years. All of which must now reach and benefit all my clients, wherever they may be!

Yoga, Aerial & Therapeutic movement courses

This mini course is great for yoga beginners as well as for more advanced yoga practitioners that just need some boost and inspiration for their yoga practice. This course gives you a short playlist of short classes, all on different themes and aspects, so you can always adjust your practice and practice EACH DAY. The goal of this course is to repeat the sessions and mix them up together, each time anew. This way, you never get board, you always practice according to your body’s capacity and you can increase the time of practice according to your availability.

If you’re just at the beginning of your yoga or fitness journey, this course is an amazing start. But even if you’re already a full-time yogi or advanced sport enthusiastic – This course can be an amazing step up for you too! You’ll receive the Althea hammock, along with all the necessary guidance. You’ll have aerial classes with the special Althea Movement method. It is a guideline for you to discover your own way with it. You can basically do whatever you want with the Althea. From power workouts and fitness drills, to soft aerial yoga or aerial dance – you name it. The course will help you establish and maintain a healthy daily movement and inspire you to explore more each time you come near the hammock 🙂

Learn aerial yoga from home with the Althea yoga swing! Online course included with a unique aerial yoga trapeze for maximum comfort

This course is great for beginners too, but it is already more comprehensive than the others. In other words – it is for you if you are ready to commit! You’ll get the Althea swing in this course too, along with free shipment. But more importantly – you’ll receive a much bigger library of aerial yoga classes and somatic aerial classes. Along with that, you’ll also have Hatha yoga sessions included. The Althea swing will be hanging for you at home, to stretch out whenever you need it. You’ll also have constant inspiration and knowledge on what to practice and how to do it right. When you have extra time, practice with a few classes together. For example – Start with the Dynamic Pranayama class, continue with Hips Opening Aerial class and finish with a guided meditation and Shavasana. There’s nothing like long relaxation, embraced by the Althea hammock.

Please note: While this full guided movement course is suitable for all levels, some of the classes are rated as advanced. The course is created for you to build your way up. So even if you start somewhere “down”, and some classes are too hard – give it time. You’ll see that once you’re ready and stronger, you’ll still have this course to support you.
