Hi, I am Efi 🙂 I am a self-healing personal coach through traditional Hatha yoga, different types of meditations, mantras, breathwork and aerial movement with the Althea, my exclusive design of aerial swing. I am a travelling teacher – I teach and lead events and workshops in different countries, so far in Bulgaria, Austria, India, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Albania and Switzerland. I also teach online and created digital mentoring and training programs for my international student community, and for you 🙂

The great thing about Efi is that she is constantly evolving and sharing. She adapts all the sessions to the needs of the group and is much more detailed than many yoga teachers I have known. When she sees you’re ready she will start to push your boundaries which is how you really improve. I was a little sceptical in the beginning about online sessions as were many...but we all really connect and feel the energy. She’s great and dynamic. Really nice calming singing voice in Shavasana too when she ends the session. Highly recommend her classes!
I highly recommend Efi and her instruction of the aerial movement for anyone, whether in shape, not in shape, for people with pain in their backs, etc. I was having a lot of back pain due to travelling from the US to India, and nothing I was doing was helping until I met Efi! We did some basic moves, my hips immediately popped, and my spine started going back into the right position. Honestly, the first session changed everything! She's kind, encouraging, patient and a great communicator. I highly recommend contacting Efi today! You will not be disappointed!
Efi is the right person for my body and soul. She is a gifted yoga teacher, and I enjoy her presence and talent.
