WHAT TO EXPECT?
Module 1 – Learn to relieve pain with movement and breath! Using a simple, flowing playlist of 5-20 minute videos that focus on relieving pain, supporting recovery, and reducing tension and pain throughout the body.
This section can be your guide to self-healing on any day when you feel sore, weak or just short on energy.
This way you can maintain your daily practice while supporting your body in the way it needs.
The sessions include back pain relief, shoulder tension release, neck stiffness relief, reducing hips tension, relaxation exercises, restorative exercises, calming stretches for the menstrual phase, supportive sickness sequences and much more!
Module 2 – Strengthen your body where it needs it, in a way that supports it!
In this module we will focus on strengthening the whole body, one area at a time, with a flow of 5-25 minutes classes that includes fitness and core exercises, yoga power poses and aerial strength practice.
With these lessons you can develop your practice and progress over time. You can also create a complete class combining with other modules or with this one if you feel super energetic 🙂
This section includes ab exercises, arm strengthening drills, weight loss workouts, dynamic power class and much more!
In addition, you will learn the importance of alignment in such exercises to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice over the long term.
Module 3 – Gain balance and harmony with your body and mind!
In this module you will enjoy physical exercises of yoga asanas and special aerial postures in the air and on the ground with full support, to improve your overall balance on a physical and emotional level.
These workouts will also help you improve your yoga balancing postures, such as tree pose, triangle pose and more. Furthermore, by practicing those sessions, you will strengthen your core and even calm your mind.
This module also offers breathing exercises, dynamic meditations and passive guided relaxations to help you not only achieve better physical balance, but also to feel emotionally grounded, safe and balanced, even on days you’re feeling distracted or stressed. Practicing the classes in this part will guarantee inner peace and concentration.
