If you need a guide to motivate you, help you keep your practice safe and beneficial, and maybe adjust the sessions for your needs, then you’ve come to the right place!
Book a private yoga session with me that will be all about you and your goals! The session will include somatic yoga practice as well as breathing exercises, guided meditation and a Sanskrit mantra whilst you relax. Whatever your body type, we will make sure you get the perfect yoga practices to help you become more calm, harmonious with your life and connect with yourself deeply.

Practising somatic movement and yoga asanas is a fantastic way to boost your peace and reduce stress. It is also an incredibly powerful exercise routine that improves brain activity and boosts clarity. When you book a private yoga session with me, you will share some personal information that helps me adjust the exact flow of the movements and the specific guided meditation to be used when guiding you to achieve the absolute best results.
It is my honour to adapt and create each individual class, specifically for your needs. Every time we meet, I’m there for you and we discuss life challenges and changes, and practice accordingly.

Yoga is known as the perfect technique to not only achieve inner peace and balance, but also to strengthen your entire body and keep it healthy in the long run. If you practice yoga often, your body will get stronger in no time, and your mind will also become much more in tune with your true self, and that is an incredibly empowering feeling.
Even if you are used to strength training, gym exercises or core workouts, you will be surprised just how much your body works when you hold a warrior pose for example in yoga 🙂 So remember that yoga asanas are a wide range of movements that we can perform, and some of them can be much more effective than many other fitness workouts or exercises.

When and Where?

You can schedule a private yoga session with me whenever it is convenient for you, subject to availability. Whenever you are available, we can either meet in Vienna at your home or online via Zoom.
