I totally get it, we all have busy lives and sometimes it's hard to find time for ourselves. But don't worry, I've got your back with this super easy exercise that you can do in the comfort of your own home! I've put together this little video for you, with some simple stretches that you can easily fit into your day, even if you're super busy. And you don't need to get out a mat or anything like that. And don't worry, you don't have to stop what you're doing to do it!

Module 1 – Pain relief
Learn to relieve pain with movement and breath! Using a simple, flowing playlist of 5-20 minute videos that focus on relieving pain, supporting recovery, and reducing tension and pain throughout the body. This section can be your guide to self-healing on any day when you feel sore, weak or just short on energy. This way you can maintain your daily practice while supporting your body in the way it needs. The sessions include back pain relief, shoulder tension release, neck stiffness relief, reducing hips tension, relaxation exercises, restorative exercises, calming stretches for the menstrual phase, supportive sickness sequences and much more!

Module 2 – Strengthen
Strengthen your body where it needs it, in a way that supports it! In this module we will focus on strengthening the whole body, one area at a time, with a flow of 5-25 minutes classes that includes fitness and core exercises, yoga power poses and aerial strength practice. With these lessons you can develop your practice and progress over time. You can also create a complete class combining with other modules or with this one if you feel super energetic 🙂 This section includes ab exercises, arm strengthening drills, weight loss workouts, dynamic power class and much more! In addition, you will learn the importance of alignment in such exercises to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice over the long term.

Module 3 – Balance

Hey there, I want to treat you with a few little surprises, now that you're already doing such a great job of practising with my short guided yoga and aerial classes! You can start to increase the time you spend practising every day, if you'd like. So, of course, you can always combine the short videos in the modules and create a longer, different class each day. But you can also come here and enjoy a full-length guided class once in a while, and hopefully more and more often! I've recorded for you these full-length yoga and aerial classes where I'll be guiding you every step of the way. These classes include a short opening meditation, a warm-up, asanas flow in different themes, a relaxing posture and a guided relaxation with a traditional Sanskrit mantra.
